Please check with your local municipality. Permits may be required, especially if you are considering placing the container on a street.
Can I use the same dumpster service for multiple locations?
Yes, if you have multiple job sites and would like to use the same dumpster, Big Red Hauls will accommodate you. Big Red Hauls will deliver to your first job site, and once you are ready, move the same dumpster to a second site. You will be charged a fee for the dumpster relocation, but this is typically less than the cost of a second service. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in utilizing a single service for multiple jobsites.
What is a failed delivery or pick-up attempt?
A failed delivery or pick-up attempt occurs when a renter either fails to provide adequate delivery space to place the roll-off dumpster or fails to provide Big Red Hauls access to pick-up the dumpster on their scheduled pick-up date. Examples could include a vehicle parked in front or near the dumpster, preventing pick-up. A $75.00 fee is charged if a failed pick-up/delivery attempt occurs. If you need more service time with the dumpster or need to change your delivery date, please call Big Red Hauls at 719-299-1-RED(733) one business day prior to your scheduled pick-up to avoid a failed pick-up or delivery attempt.

Of course! If you are approaching your scheduled roll-off dumpster pick-up date and would like to extend your service, just give us a call at 719-299-1-RED(733) one business day prior to pick-up. We’ll work with you, schedule permitting, and it usually only costs $25 per day, schedule permitting.
Do I need to schedule removal of my dumpster?

How should I prepare an area for roll-off container delivery?
A full roll-off dumpster can become very heavy, we recommend that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood. It is recommended that you allow 4’ of clearance on all sides and 10’ behind the dumpster for accessibility. Always choose an area that is a flat surface.

When do I pay for my roll-off?

When we place your container, we put a credit or debit card on file in our bank-level encryption payment service. We don’t charge your card until after we pickup the roll-off, as we don’t know how much volume you will use or if you qualify for the “4 Day or less” discount.
